Returns & Exchanges
• Returns are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• After 24 hours, all sales are final and non-refundable.
• In the case of defective merchandise, an exchange or refund will be provided.
• Payments for treatments and services are non-refundable, however appointments may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice.
• Store credit may be offered at management’s discretion for eligible returns.
Shipping & Fulfillment
• We do not offer shipping or delivery services.
• All purchases must be picked up in-store.
• In rare cases, management may approve shipping at its sole discretion. Any such arrangements must be confirmed in advance.
