3. Eligibility to Purchase

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We may offer financing options through third-party providers. Approval and terms for financing are determined solely by the financing provider.

  • By selecting a financing option, you agree to comply with that provider’s terms and policies.

5. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be scheduled online or in-store.

  • We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes.

  • No cancellation fee applies, but repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for products or services.

  • Exchanges may be considered within 14 days of purchase, and only at our discretion.

  • To qualify for an exchange, products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Defective or damaged items will be replaced with the same or a similar product.
  • Payments for treatments and services are non-refundable.

  • Signs are posted in-store stating “No Refunds – Exchange Only.” By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

7. Order Fulfillment 

 All purchases made through this website are fulfilled in-store. We do not provide shipping or delivery services, except in rare cases approved by management at our sole discretion. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that products must be picked up at our store location.

8. Product Pricing

All device prices listed on this website represent the official retail prices as provided by our supplier, Zero Gravity. Our pricing is aligned with Zero Gravity’s official website and may be updated if and when the supplier changes their pricing.

• We are not responsible for any discrepancies, errors, or updates that may occur on Zero Gravity’s website.
• In the event of a conflict between our listed price and the supplier’s, the supplier’s most recent official pricing will apply.

8. Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards and treatment packages are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may be transferred to another recipient if unused.

Our services are provided as-is, with no guarantees of specific results. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions, allergies, or outcomes beyond what is reasonably expected from cosmetic spa treatments. Results may vary.
